Origin Visions – No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom, creative, and digital nature of our services and products, Origin Visions does not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to digital content, photography, videography, editing services, or physical deliverables.
For digital goods and services, once work has begun or files have been delivered, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.
For physical goods, all items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or defective, clients must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof, and we will review the issue for a possible replacement at our discretion.
By purchasing from Origin Visions, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information necessary for us to deliver Services.
Obtain necessary permissions (e.g., property releases, model releases, location permits) if applicable.
Acknowledge that delays caused by your inaction may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
All content produced by Origin Visions (including photos, videos, designs, and written material) remains the property of Origin Visions until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the purposes outlined in your agreement.
We reserve the right to display our work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Misuse our Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Attempt to hack, disable, or interfere with our website or digital platforms.

AI Assistant Policy Addendum — IRIS Digital Support

This document is an addendum to the Origin Visions Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It governs the use of the AI-powered digital assistant (currently referred to as "Origin Visions Digital Support," and hereinafter also "IRIS") available on the Origin Visions website or official association.
SECTION A — PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM
1. AI Assistant Data Collection
When you interact with the Origin Visions AI digital assistant ("IRIS" or "Origin Visions Digital Support"), certain information may be collected, processed, or temporarily handled to facilitate the service. This section describes what data is involved and how it is managed.
2. Information Collected During AI Interactions
When you use the AI assistant, the following types of information may be collected or processed:
Conversation content: The messages, questions, and responses exchanged during your session with the AI assistant.
Voluntarily provided information: Any personal details you choose to share during the conversation, such as your name, email address, business name, or other identifying information.
Technical data: Basic session information such as timestamps and general usage patterns, which may be collected through standard website analytics.
Behavioral data: How you interact with the assistant, including the types of questions asked and topics discussed, in aggregate and anonymized form.
3. Third-Party AI Processing
The AI assistant is powered by a third-party artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic, Inc.). By using the assistant, you acknowledge and consent that your conversation data is transmitted to and processed by this third-party provider solely for the purpose of generating responses. Origin Visions does not control Anthropic's data handling practices. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com for information on how your data may be handled at the model level.
4. Conversation Log Storage
At this time, Origin Visions does not retain or store conversation logs from the AI assistant beyond what is required to generate a real-time response. However, please be advised of the following:
Future capability: Origin Visions reserves the right to implement conversation logging and data retention in the future for purposes including service improvement, quality assurance, safety monitoring, and product development.
Notice of change: Should we begin storing conversation data, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and users will be notified through the website.
Flagged interactions: Conversations that trigger our automated safety systems — including but not limited to the use of prohibited language, suspected illegal activity, or abuse of the assistant — may be flagged internally and retained for review, even prior to a general logging implementation.
5. How Your AI Interaction Data May Be Used
Information collected through the AI assistant may be used for the following purposes:
To provide and improve the AI assistant service.
To monitor for misuse, harmful content, or violations of our Terms of Service.
To analyze usage trends and improve the overall user experience on the Origin Visions website.
To develop future features and products under the Origin Visions AI (OVAI) platform.
To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
6. Sensitive Information — User Advisory
You are strongly advised NOT to share the following types of information with the AI assistant, as it is not designed to securely handle sensitive personal data:
Social Security Numbers or government-issued ID numbers
Financial account numbers, credit card numbers, or banking credentials
Passwords or authentication credentials
Medical records or protected health information
Any information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider
Origin Visions is not liable for any consequences resulting from a user voluntarily sharing sensitive personal data with the AI assistant.
7. Children's Privacy
The Origin Visions AI assistant is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the assistant and provided personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@originvisions.com
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
As a California-based company, Origin Visions complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to:
Know what personal information is collected about them.
Request deletion of their personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Opt out of the sale of personal information. (Note: Origin Visions does not sell personal information.)

SECTION B — TERMS OF SERVICE ADDENDUM
9. Use of the IRIS AI Assistant
The following terms govern your use of the AI digital assistant available on the Origin Visions website. By initiating a conversation with the assistant, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to the Origin Visions general Terms of Service.
10. Nature of the Assistant — AI Disclosure
The Origin Visions digital assistant is an artificial intelligence tool. It is not a human being. While the assistant is designed to be helpful, knowledgeable, and conversational, you acknowledge and understand the following:
You are interacting with an AI, not a human representative of Origin Visions.
Responses generated by the assistant are AI-produced and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
The assistant does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice.
Origin Visions does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by the assistant.
11. User Authorization & Consent
By using the Origin Visions AI assistant, you expressly authorize Origin Visions and its designated third-party AI provider to:
Receive, process, and transmit your conversation inputs for the purpose of generating AI responses.
Collect and analyze anonymized usage data for service improvement.
Flag, retain, and review any conversation that triggers our automated safety or misuse detection systems.
Use aggregated, anonymized interaction data to develop, train, and improve future versions of the Origin Visions AI platform (OVAI), including future iterations of IRIS.
Your continued use of the assistant following any updates to this policy constitutes your renewed consent to these terms.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Origin Visions AI assistant for any of the following purposes:
To engage in, plan, discuss, or facilitate any illegal activity.
To harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any individual or group.
To generate or distribute harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
To attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or override the AI assistant's intended behavior or safety protocols.
To use abusive, vulgar, or obscene language. (Conversations flagged for prohibited language may be reviewed and access may be restricted.)
To solicit or attempt to extract confidential business information or proprietary data from Origin Visions.
To impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
To use the assistant for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Origin Visions.
13. Automated Safety & Flagging System
The Origin Visions AI assistant includes an automated safety monitoring system. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Conversations may be automatically flagged when they contain prohibited language, potential illegal activity, or violations of these terms.
A flagged conversation may result in a warning notification within the chat interface.
Repeated or severe violations may result in restricted access to the assistant without prior notice.
Flagged conversation data may be retained by Origin Visions for review, even if general conversation logging is not otherwise active.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Origin Visions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the AI assistant, including but not limited to:
Decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the assistant.
Any unauthorized access to conversation data resulting from circumstances beyond Origin Visions' reasonable control.
Service interruptions or technical failures of the AI assistant.
15. Intellectual Property
The Origin Visions AI assistant, including its design, branding, name, and underlying technology infrastructure, is the intellectual property of Origin Visions. The AI assistant operates under the OVAI (Origin Visions Artificial Intelligence) platform and is powered by the Aperture engine. All associated names, branding, and product identifiers — including but not limited to IRIS, Aperture, and OVAI — are proprietary to Origin Visions. Unauthorized reproduction, replication, or commercial use of the assistant or its branding is strictly prohibited.
16. Modifications to This Addendum
Origin Visions reserves the right to update or modify this AI Policy Addendum at any time. Changes will be posted on the Origin Visions website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the AI assistant following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
